It’s a tricky review to write as from a service point of view and quality I cannot fault the company. My dog loves the food and as someone who works in the pet industry I recognise how good they are. However… the price really is huge when you compare raw foods and even the highest quality kibble. I will continue using Butternut for now but the pricing means inevitably I will go elsewhere

My dogs love their food and both are healthy and glossy pups . The service and the communication is excellent and the app makes any order changes easy .
We have been Butternutters for over 5 years when I discovered one of my dogs had a sensitive tummy- we have never looked back .

For the past two years, our fussy Chihuahua has been devouring Butternut and it has become his go-to food. We've tried other options, but he refuses to eat anything else. We're grateful to have found a solution that works for him and hope it continues to do so in the future.

This is the best product by far. Well loved by our girl. Gone are the dried food and in its place is this wonderful mushy flavoured meat. Different flavours to choose. The only thing maybe is the costs which is a bit high.

My Butternut delivery was delayed when phoning Butternut to get an update (you are phoning an overseas call centre) the Butternut advisor completely lied to me! An appalling way to treat your customers butternut !! New customers be aware !

Price increases including recipe surcharge and delivery are now putting into a category I can't afford anymore. This will be my last delivery, sadly. Fully aware of infkationary pressures but this is inflation rate busting.

The fact that I can change the order so late in the process! I often forget to change things when I should, so the reminder that the order is due is a good prompt for me. My little dog is very fussy and goes on and off different flavours very quickly. Butternut accommodates her quirks.

2 price increases since summer 2022 and an email stating a reduction in plastic through the removal of the ice packs. So a price increase for the customer, and savings for the producer as no more plastic ice packs need to be bought and paid for. Getting hard to justify the price! It seems this company are another one comfortable with passing the costs onto the customer rather than improving service or reducing costs (crazy idea right!). Please maintain integrity and remove greed from the business plan.

I can honestly say that our 2 year old border collie Sox loves the food, she gets excited at feeding time she never leaves anything in her bowel.
We are extremely fussy on what we feed our Sox she’s had the same high quality organic food from a puppy but was getting bored with it so it’s nice to see her enjoying her food. She looks so healthy.
The service is excellent ?? delivery is always when expected.. I cannot fault anything.. really pleased that we decided to try butternut and Sox gives a great big paws ? up ??

Wonderful company to deal with. My dog loves the meals and, despite being a fussy Border Collie, wolfs them down straight away. They ask for feedback and can tailor box to suit. It’s reassuring to know she’s getting correct calories and, as they arrive frozen, it’s a convenient way to store and use. The meals always look delicious and I find them good value as there’s no waste or leftovers.

Our dog has needed to be encouraged to eat his food and has experienced intermittent bouts of upset stomach. I saw the reviews of Butternut and the commentary from others so gave it a whirl. Dinner time has been transformed - real excitement and wagging tail when the bowl goes down and no more bouts of belly trouble!! Hurrah! Would absolutely recommend.

I was having trouble with finding the right foods for both boys due to sensitive digestion issues, not any more .
Changing to Butternut Box was revolutionary.
Both my boys love it , so excited at mealtimes and no more upset tummies.

Bella loves butternut. I have tried so many different brands and found butternut to be the nearest to home made food. It all looks delicious no nasty smells. Just all good ingredients. If I had to be critical I think the packaging could be better. I would like to see individual servings.

Best dog food ever! From having a dog who was a very fussy eater she now eats all her meals and actually asks to be fed. There is a great choice of products that and excellent customer support. Communication is exemplary and the products arrive carefully packaged. A big thank you from Dora the cocker spaniel and from us!

This product is excellent, my dogs love the food, the delivery is flawless & the email communication between customer & company works very well too.
However the recent price hike is very disappointing, I understand prices increase but this was a bit much for me to be able to afford! We will probably have to close our subscription due to the increase which is very annoying as I felt Butternut Box was such a brilliant fit for us.
